Always a live band, it was a foregone conclusion that a live album would be the epitome for all they had achieved so far. Despite the fact the dismally titled Golden Years EP had charted well, no one dreamed a live Motorhead album would scorch straight to the Number One slot... but it did, with meteoric effect.
