Yes, Philthy is a legend, to a large part responsible for the signature sound of classic Motorhead. His style was loose and lethal, Philthy could swing and made the music flow like molten lava. It has never been the same since his departure. It's sad

Well, as Phil Campbell has confirmed on Twitter and in Classic Rock magazine, the new album is titled 'Aftershock' and will have 13 songs. Just running it up here in case anyone hadn't yet heard.

Well just find out that (in 2006??) Alan Burridge had operation of heart too. He feels fine now, little les alcohol and cigaretes and everything is fine, but he had operation not because of drink or tobacco, he inherited something from his mother etc

Just a comment really, but picked up Motorhead Wolves Civic ticket and noted that Thunder (not a band I love, being honest) are also on at the Civic this year. Motorhead/Saxon = £27 Thunder= £30 Someone's having a laugh, surely?
