It looks like the CDs come in a different package (slim digi-cases) rather than the standard CD jewel case. Something new that should take not much space at home. Worth the dosh.

Seriously considering a purchase of the classic albums boxset, I dont usually buy re-releases but for that price and the fact that the sleeves come in gatefold replica wallets I may just have to part with my hard earned cash. I really did think that this would be another rip-off but I think universal have put together a great boxset package at a staggeringly low price.

Those kinds of boxsets are a great deal, especially if you shop around and get a good price. The use of those thin cases lowers the cost dramatically, so you get a good deal of material for a very low cost. It'd probably cost you more to get them individually even at something like £3/4 a pop.

By looking at the photo of the box closely, it seems to be as thick as only 3 normal CD cases. A rich sleek addition for one's shelf. I'll wait for the price to go down a bit more or even get a second hand one for even cheaper. Also good to give as a gift for someone who doesn't know the band.

lemmys sole up for the highest bidder:-
just back from sonissphere in switzerland. Golden circles? Who invented that? Can't imagine it's Lemmy as I had him down for a working class type of bloke. Anyway if your're not in the golden circles 20 deep at the bar ditto for the bogs. Very dissapointed walked out before the gig. Don't think I will be a Motorhead fan anymore. Can only assume it is some kind of metallica bullshit. Golden Circles? Why not call it motorhead tax and chummy up with Cameron. Lemmy I am ashamed of you.
