On the contrary,his way of life keeps him fit.
He does a two hour work out most nights.
Having done a few myself,it makes you strong or it knocks you flat.
Singing the way he does is very good for the lungs,stomach muscles back muscles etc...
Even the angle of his mic ensures he has good posture and strong back muscles,add to that the weight of a ricky slung round your shoulder for two hours (Great workout for shoulders and arms),it's a good set up for keeping you in good shape.
Added to that each night is a shirt soaking sweat,like a sauna, sweats toxins out of the body like nothing else.
