I found the Pistols album to have a cracking mix, wall of sound.
Clash,nah,not for me.
Give me the Ramones anyday.
Or the Ruts.

In l976/77 Pistols were a breath of fresh air. I still remember The Damned with love song on TOPS.
Radio wouldn't play Motorhead even though they were in the charts.
Also remember Eddie and the Hot Rods with do anything you wanna do.
It was a nice change from the disco stuff the Beeb used to churn out.

Love the Pistols but not enought records. Eddie & RH are always a good choice, and as Nigel said... Ramones are beyond excellent.
Back to worst albums, I had some T Rex and Ted Nugend compilations and I had to get rid of them too.

I don't dare to even look for bad records in my shelf... I know I will find stuff there that I bought 20 years ago that I liked back then but don't touch with a pair of pliers today! It's a part of my past, but I don't look back, I'd rather look forward!
To choose the worst ain't easy that's for sure! But here's a stinker: AC/DC - Black Ice
I had great expectations about it, AC/DC was my favourite band once, and I thought that this might be a really great album, but it wasn't... Weaker than Stiff upper lip and Ballbreaker.

'Never Mind The Bollocks' is a fuckin' great album. Of The Ramones, i really enjoy 'Rocket To Russia'.

Think i still have a compilation cassette of T-Rex '20 Golden Greats' buried at the bottom of my wardrobe.

Fucking awful.

I love the Sex Pistols, I think they've just got so much power and aggression, you can still hear it 30 odd years on.

As for bad albums, I have my fair share. I'm really into the New York Dolls and their latest album is just terrible, its literally elevator music. When I was 13 or 14 and trying new things, I bought a lot of hair metal albums on the advice of a friend... all of them terrible, I wish I'd never bought them... Pretty Boy Floyd, Cinderella, Extreme... NEVER AGAIN.

They do have good live power, but Johnny Rotten's doing them no favours when he opens his mouth about other bands. Plus, who wears a T-Shirt from their other band when playing with their once main project? A little unfair to the other guys.

I have a Showaddyaddy LP somewhere. I bought it when I was about 10. Bright Lights I think it's called. It has the classic "Doo Wah Diddy" on it. That's what hooked me.
