Lt's see if I can explain to you with my English...
First you need to upload a picture in any host pic website as for example, www.photobucket.com ;
There, after upload and select the picture you want go to the bottom of the page and choose an action as "generate link codes for selected"
a box will open and at IMG for bulletin boards & forums choose clickable thumbnails or full size ... copy the address and paste here in your post ...
