The pic that you mentioned is in the 1982 Iron Fist tour programme. You can pick those up on ebay for about £10 or less.

Think this is the one you're on about. Got rid of the hole as best I can. When I get some spare time, I'll try and find the original I scanned it from and do a higher res version for you. Might make a wallpaper from it too as it's a good shot
