Ok we know Lemmy hates "rock stars" the whole military touring attitude thing. Well I have been watching a lot of vids on Megadeth and Dave Mustaine an it seems that's how he rolls now.....yea right who knew. So how do you think this will play out ? I want to see Dave bow to Lemmy, as he should, without Lemmy there would be no Megadeth or Metallica for that matter.
Not trying to start a flame war or anything, but Dave comes off as a "rock star" with the ego to match.......yes I paid the fucking 250 a head just to do the VIP meet and greet with Megadeth but only to see if I could meet Lemmy, and you can bet your ass I will be asking Dave aboout it.....an I would of paid twice the price to meet the boys of Motorhead instead but sadly that was not an option.

I wouldn't put too much into it, personally. Lem knows Dave and they seem to be good friends, so I'm sure they know what's what.

i wouldn't call dave rockstar, but he has some ego and mouth for sure, he's just kind of guy that likes to bitch about everything. too much of metallica fustration i think, but i don't think so bad about him, i guess it's just the way he is, you can't change it

Dave has stated that Lemmy promised him that Motorhead would tour with Megadeth, dating back since the late 80's, early 90's. Dave has calmed down a lot on his rants and bitching about bands or other musicians. Lemmy has nothing but good to say about Dave and Megadeth. This is going to be a great tour and I can't wait till I see them this March!

Bomber from last night

Is there any VIP type tickets available? Me and a friend of mine are travelling 1100 klm's to see Motorhead and would like to meet the band. I dont mind paying. I know Megadeth has a VIP package but I cant see one for Motorhead. It would be awesome to meet Lemmy. Even get him to sign one of my Motorhead tattoo's. This trip is one of the things i never got a chance to do and is on my "bucket list" of things i want to do before i die. I hope someone can help me out in any way.
