I sent the guy an email, but it said no reunds on the description.

The thing that realy pissed me off is that he only sent it ih a normal plactic bag. When yo send vinyl, I expect it to be in cardboard and a piece of cardboard at each side to keep it flat. he never even gave me a plastic wallet to store it in - bastard.

He described it as perfect all around, but dont know what his definaition of perfect is...

Have a look on my facebook (Motorhead 12") and have a look, I'm sure you'll agree its not worth 21p nevr mind £21...

Is it on ebay you bought it? In that case file a dispute! I have learned the hard way that there's no protection for sellers on e-bay these days, no matter what you put in the description!

i had this recently with a record-it was desribed as perfect and in original condition but it came without the inner lyric sleeves.I contacted the seller and he said he never said they were included-my argument was that he never said they WEREN'T included.
I went to the resolution part on e bay where ,in the end,e bay decide who was right and wrong and after a month or so(this is the normal time)e bay refunded my money (it was only a tenner but i wouldn't have bought it if i had known).
So if i were you go to the HELP topic at the top right on e bay and there is a resolution part to it,just fill in the on line form and i'm sure you will get your money back.

Ain't gonna fix ya album but at least you'll get your money back.

I would expect any seller to send goods in appropriate packaging.
I think E-bay would agree.

The seller could claim that any damage caused by post is out of their hands and they won't pay, unless it was damaged beforehand and they lied through their teeth to sell it.

No matter how you try as a seller, when goods are lost or damaged you are screwed! If you have sent it registered you have to pay the buyer and then claim money from postalservice. If it was sent unregistered you'll have to pay the buyer and then you can consider yourself screwed! A record I sent (unregistered on the buyers demand and against my recommendation) was lost in the mail and even though I put in the description that I won't refund for lost or damaged goods unless sent registered I had to refund the money!
