Yea I do agree Toast, they are still a long way off from the biggest sellout (KISS) but I really hope to see them draw a line soon on new Motorhead products. The booze line is a great idea even though I refuse to pay almost 200 american to get 1 bottle of vodka shipped here.
KISS... Even a cheesy Dr. Pepper advert they agreed to do... I was shocked to see those painted faces in a TV ad which normally crap pop stars like Britney Spears would do; should they have locked their standards in 1992...
And poor Lemmy living in US where those same type of media people probably knock on his door offering loads of money to make Motorhead shower gel and Motorhead golf kit or whatever.
I just hope Motorhead will manage to keep its reputation without all the americanized crap. The booze line is kind of ok but nothing else please. All these 'VIP' packages, super-overpriced compilations and so on don't look good at all and I'm sure it has nothing to do with the band's will but with external 'investors' buying rights to use the band's name explicitly.
