I wonder if anyone could mention what an album that I bought was? but unfortunately I traded it to a friend.
It had a leather cover so I'm guessing it was 'No Remorse'
It contained a Motorhead patch, and a poster (I think) and one other item that I can't remember.
I haven't come across a copy with the extra stuff inside. I'm guessing that it was a limited edition.
The only No remorse that comes to mind with extra stuff in it, is the Aussie promo with tattoo in it, but that had paper sleeve. If it was a CD it could have been We Are Motörhead, in limited "leather" box...
I no longer have it as I traded it in the early to mid 80's. I hope it wasn't something super valuable. It was vinyl, but I don't recall if it was 1 or 2 discs. I think the cover was mostly black (which was another reason that I thought it may have been No Remorse. I think I bought it on the way to a concert, so it may have been 1982 or 1983 because I saw concerts near there at the time.
It was an import but it didn't have a tattoo. The Motorhead patch had the Motorhead lettering on it. Actually, I had misplaced the patch when I traded it so I have that somewhere but I haven't seen it in at least 10 years.
Just as I'm thinking about it now, I have a feeling that the cover had the warpig on it because the guy I traded it to had painted one of the walls in his room black and wanted me to draw a giant warpig on there with silver paint, which I did, and I likely used the drawing on the cover as a guide.
He moved some months after I did the drawing but I was always curious as to what the new owners of the house did with it. (likely painted over it I expect).
