I did try to get a refund from VIP Nation but they just said no it's in there terms of use. But they will let me give the tickets to a family member or friend, here's the kicker there terms of use claim the buyer (me) needs to be there to show ID to get into the show. But they will bend that term, not the refund ...fucking cunts I will show them I will get my operation, rehab and get better in time to goto the fucking show....btw Motorhead is the only reason I bought the fucking tickets anyway, I could care less about the rest of the line up. So a word to the wise use caution when dealing with VIP Nation. It's not like the show is a few days away but months away, I can't fathom why I can't get a refund...cunts. Sorry for the rant guys.

I did read through all their rules for the VIP packages. I have just over a month before Motorhead is here. I think I will wait until about 2 weeks. I doubt they will sell out here in NM. But I would go sick too.

You get better and show them jackasses! Good luck on the surgery and a speedy recovery!

Something I just noticed in the wording that the event organizers changed without telling people:

This was the original ad for the VIP thing:

http://www.blastwaves.com/Motorhead/VIP_...no_CA/1237.html

the main thing other than the change in price I noticed was that originally it said:
"Premium ticket to the show (within the first 15 rows)"

but now it says:
"One premium, reserved ticket in the first 15 rows of the reserved seating sections* "

So - the reserved seating sections can be anywhere and are unlikely to be in the first 15 rows now.

There are a few small other changes if you compare the old link with the current one.

I think these changes were made by the promoters so I don't think Motorhead or their management are to blame.

Hey just wanted to update you guys, in this fiasco I sent vip nation a email seeing if I could exchange my 2 Mayhem VIP tickets and just get a Motorhead VIP experience, paying the extra 75 dollars [not bad for them they still get my 400 and get another 75 from me]

vip nation reply

Hello BW:

In order to upgrade, you would need to purchase two VIP Motorhead Packages. We cannot swap it out for just one.

So I just don't feel there is any concern for customer satisfaction at vip nation. Make sure you warn anyone you know to understand vip nations ticket policy.

I don't blame Motorhead or their management in any fashion, I know it has not a inch to do with them and it's all vip nations underhanded dealings, I will never buy a ticket from them again.

Cheers guys

Spot on Toast, spot on. I just hope no one else ever has to go through this.
