I'm curious, does anyone have an uncut version of the Toronto 1982 show (Fast Eddie's 2nd last gig)Audio or Video?

I was at the show and some things happened that aren't on the TV Broadcast.

You guys probably already know what happened but if you don't I'll post some details that I remember from being at the show

I'll post details in a day or two if nobody has a recording. Meanwhile here is a photo I took at the show with a very cheap camera that I had. With this camera, I had to guess how far away in feet that the subject was and it would make things look farther away which is why it's a bit blurry.

I didn't really have a chance to post about the show because I'm a little busy at the moment but here is another photo from the show.

Thanks for the great historic pictures from Fast Eddie's penultimate gig. I can't wait to hear more about the things that happened during the gig that weren't documented in the video.

I remember that around the time when the 4-piece line-up was introduced in 1984, Lemmy commented on the Live In Toronto video, stating that Eddie was terrible and that both Phil and Würzel pissed all over him. Oh well, I haven't watched the Toronto 1982 video in about 20 years, but I do remember that I didn't enjoy it that much.

What do you think of Eddie's playing that night?

Eddie's performance may not have been the best during that show, but it was most likely a reflection of the atmosphere within the band at the time. I read on Fast Eddie's site that he felt completely ostracized by the other two, which must have showed in his performance... IMHO, Phil and Würz (RIP) are both great, but they do not piss all over Eddie.

The main problem was that something happened to Lemmy's arm and he was in a great deal of pain throughout the whole show. I think it was arm cramps or a repetitive strain injury. He had to keep going to the side of the stage behind the curtains to get his arm massaged. I had run up to the stage during that show (I was right by the stage, that is why you see the monitor's in the photos being so close) and could see what was happening backstage but most people didn't see that. Most people would have canceled the show so Lemmy was pretty amazing to do the whole show in so much pain. They had to constantly stop the show im while Lemmy went to get his arm massaged. There was a couple of songs that they had to stop in the middle of songsIn the meantime Fast Eddie would try to keep the audience entertained by talking to the audience (I don't remember what he talked about.) I think I can recall that there were songs that they had to stop and re-stat them because of Lemmy).

The show/tour also had featured the first time Motorhead brought the Bomber plane to North America.

For this show Motorhead bought a new PA system. It was the first time they used it.

This was the loudest Motorhed concert that I have ever been to by far. It was so loud that my ears were distorting and I couldn't even tell what songs they were playing because of the distortion in my ears. The only things I could hear were the drums and the talking between songs. Perhaps the loudness of this concert prevented people making audience recordings that sounded good.

Interestingly I won free tickets for naming their fan club. The question was what is the name of the Mororhead fan club, and the first person who got it correct was me (the Motorheadbangers). The winning ticket was in the 3rd row from from the stage. It wasn't close enough for me so I ran up to the stage and my position was a couple of feet in front of Lemmy (which you can tell from the pictures tat I posted)

The newspapers reported that many people ran out of the building covering their ears because it was so loud, once Motorhead started playing.

Some people list this show as Maple Leaf Gardens. It was really the Exhibition Collosium.

It now has a corporate name (I hate when they do that)

Another notable concert there was Jimi Handrix.

Krokus and Fist opened for the show.

Question: I noticed that from his headlining shows, they have 2 bands play before they come out. Is that always the case?
