List your favourite bands ever, all groups/artists you like, not necessarily rock related only. If there's a band you no longer like, make a note.

I've always seen Motorhead, Iron Maiden and AC/DC as my top 3, although AC/DC I love mainly for their work in the late 70's and early 80's. The other 2 I love most of their stuff.

Motörhead, Gunslinger, early AC/DC, Metallica (black album and earlier), Vivaldi; Chuck Berry, Johnny Cash (most rock 'n' roll actually) and some...

I've liked so many bands, but the ones that stood out way above the rest are AC/DC and Motorhead. I don't like much of the newer AC/DC though, the last 3 albums were dull. I've been wondering for a long time if there would be another great band for me, and I think I found them, Volbeat.

motorhead,ac/dc,sabbath,early maiden ( last good album was powerslave imo) the damned, twisted sister like a bit of rammstein to . The maiden thing is a bit strange really saw them about a dozen times between '79-87 then felt that they made the same album for the next 25 years . so go on lets have it then ha! laugh

No Justice for all...? No Piece of Mind or Powerslave? Some of those 2 bands finest moments for me. Justice... would have been the bands best IMO if they had included a little bass in the production. I think it certainly has some of their best writing. As for PoM, stone cold classic heavy metal album. Where Eagles Dare, Still Life, Icarus, The Trooper, Revelations, Die with Your Boots On....what's not to love?

Yeah probably should have included Piece of mind, but no,powerslave i dont rate.As for Justice-for me its like the Black album-some very good songs on them ,but i just find the albums a bit long winded and boring.

Yeah! Slash is great! It's because of him I started playing the guitar. And Myles Kennedy is an amazing singer. IMO he sings the GN'R songs way better than Axl Rose.
