I already sent a letter to the editor on this thought you guys can put it out there as my letter will most likely not get printed. July 27, 2012 in the neon section of this paper is an article written by Jason Bracelin about Tenacious D playing the House of Blues. in the article he says this and I quote. "Granted, Posehn's a comedian, not a musician. But he's still more metal than the meth flakes in Lemmy Kilmister's mustache."

no, Meth and Speed are chemically related, but they're not "the same".

I'm not positive on this but I think Meth is smoked or injected but Speed is snorted or taken as a tablet.

Meth is a more intense speed and then you have crystal meth on top of that which is what can make you feel invincible and go on killing sprees....
You can inject,smoke,snort,eat,drink all of these....

Back in the late 80's I used to work for a guy that had a Crystal Meth addiction and at one point he had to go to rehab. What I thought was funny is that he had delusions of people putting money in his bank account. It made no sense to me because there was no basis for him to even consider such a thing.

After rehab he switched to weed and has been doing it ever since.

48 yo ... and never used any kind of drugs... even marijuana or weed ... nothing against though... have several friends who use... just an option...

The same here, I turn 29 today and I don't even smoke marlboro...

31 never drugs or smoke, and on these days, alcohol in moderation (well different to my 20's )

real Absinthe (not the stuff in stores)

Opium laced Pot

There may be something I'm forgetting.


The only ones I would use again during a special occasion would be:

real Absinthe
Pot
I would go out of my way to get opium laced pot but the last time I came across it was in the early 1990's.


I use to smoke pot daily in the 90's but I rarely will do it more than once a year these days (nothing against it but I prefer not to do it. My memory is bad enough as it is).

lucky you got off of crack.. this is insane... there's hordes of crackers addicted in downtown ... crazy. They are like zombies...

Perhaps I am just an over-protective fan, but I feel like digging his teeth out with a dirty spoon covered in hiv infected blood.. Not saying lemmy doesn't/hasn't done meth or speed,I just get a trendy shit head vibe from that qoute.

Crack is one of the worse things you can do other than Heroin perhaps. I wasn't on it long enough to get a physical addiction. I also hated the crackheads that I had to buy the stuff from. I had a couple of friends that became crackheads. Their behavior took a really bad turn and I had to stop being friends with them. I also got ripped-off by crackhead drug dealers. All that was more than enough incentive to stop doing it.
