It's not easy to find one, and doing it for $20 or less ain't making it easier...

Maybe but it seems 20$ is maximum. For him thats a lot too for cd (not vinyl) which is with 3 songs and all three are on album, there is no some special song on it. That's how he see this, it is 10$ or 10eur fair price but if it is little bit rare than 20$ max (or 16 EUR).
