I have a covers band, BROKEN BIT, here in Guadalajara, Mexico (Motörhead's coming down in May 2013!) and we've been doing "Ace Of Spades" for a while now. As amazing as it sounds, and being in a large city with a large metal community, no bands before us did any covers of them!!! Yep, and believe me, Motörhead is REVERED down here, yet no local band that I know of ever did a Motörhead cover before us. I've been a fan since December 1982, when I first saw the "Iron Fist" video. I was hooked for life and eventually, hadn't it been for Motörhead I'd probably never been a fan of thrash or hardcore punk!

My original songs band, DRAKSEN, will be on the same bill as Motörhead this year so it's like a dream come true. I might even meet the man. I'm already shitting my pants!
