Does anyone know if there will be a site for the direct to consumer package set up for US customers like there was for Vol 1? I didn't realize they'd set up a separate site the first time around and bought it from the UK site as soon as it was put up. I ended up spending nearly twice as much after conversion rates and shipping, when I could have just waited a few weeks and got a much better deal. So, this time around, I'm hoping to avoid making the same mistake. Does anyone have any idea about this?

Just had an email from digital stores to say that the D2C package, that was supposed to be released today, has been delayed until the 15th October.

I just bought Volume 2 and cranked it up. What a show. Much better than Volume 1. Nicely packaged too plus a handy booklet

Does anyone know where I can buy the CD's without the DVD? I can't seem to find it. I only find the CD+DVD package.
