Yes.. Hm.. Here in former Yugoslavia we had free medical care (today we steal have, almost, we pay about 8 euros every month), free education (Today there is no free education), every firm for their workers gave them apartments for free forever, and every firm payed every year several trips around country for their workers etc etc...(Today we don't have that). That's what we had in Yugoslavia, political sistem was something between socialism and communism. Bad things were: freedom of the speech, private property: everything was "society" or state owner, you can't be owner almost of anything, state give you contract to use forever apartment or house etc.. but you can't own that, State owns that. Workers were much more protected, more than bosses (that was good)... You couldn't get rich, there was limit how much maximum of your money you can have, you know that was "society" of equal people. There is no rich and poor, everyone is the same, almost. There was no almost at all people without jobs, today we have about 30% people without jobs. Your pension was 80% of your paycheck from your work, today it is 40% etc etc..... So you see, some things where much better and some not. Everyone say it was better in communism/Socialism here, of course they think about jobs, good paycheck, low credits and good worker protection from your boss but they "don't remember" bad things. That's how maybe human brain works, you remember only good stuff. With demoncracy we got some things and lost some other things, I don't know which is better, maybe today because of private property and freedom of the speech? What will we eat it doesn't matter. Ah.. eating.. We had pretty much strong industry (In Europe parameters) today we have nothing. We had our own standard "JUS", today we don't have that, we have second class merchant (food) from EU, and in EU is first class. I say some things were good and some not.? What can I say...?

Listened to the Iron Fist album the other day. Philhy really deliver on that album! I miss his playing in todays line-up.

Seems to be some bad rumours about Philthy on Motorhead related facebook pages today.Hopefully they're not true and you are well Philthy.

People had been bullshitting about Phil for a long while now. Don't ever believe anything and don't spread rumours. Not all news should be taken seriously. I only believe in a few sources eg: Alan Burridge, imotorhead, some superfans, posts from road crew/management.

Unless it comes out of the mouth of either an official or reputable source, nothing's true.

According to Chris Holmes, Philthy had a brain aneurysm last year and nearly died. He says that Philthy has been unable to continue work on their new album because the brain aneurysm "fucked up" his memory. Chris also says that Philthy recently was on holiday in Portugal and got kidney stones. Apparently, the album will still be released this fall.

humn... this is a sad news..

This is devastating news. I suspected something was wrong after checking for a while online. I hope he makes a good recovery, if possible, and doesn't lose his good humour. A lot has been said about his drumming over the years, but I like to think of him at his peak and remember countless moments of inspired playing from him. His personality was always a welcome part of Motorhead and I will be curious to hear his most recent musical output. I really hope it's not the end of his musical contributions.
