it's a shame. i think it COULD be a really cool thing. but £70 odd quid just to get in a couple ofhours early, to watch a bunch of roadies soundcheck....notforgetting the photo / bandana!

Not really for me. The cost of that all is next to nothing. £10-£15 on top of ticket price is the maximum reasonable. £75 is exploitation.

You'll be watching Motorhead soundcheck.Like a lot of people on here i have seen them soundcheck(rock city-rock n roll tour).So i have done my bit waiting outside for hours to get in ,autographs etc and i don't see this as a bad thing(maybe a bit overpriced but if you have to lose half a days work just to get there early without being guaranteed the experience of a soundcheck it doesn't seem so bad)
.You don't mind doing it when you're younger but once you get over a certain age (i personally stopped waiting outside when i was around 20 or so) i just kind of think its a bit weird.I would love to see a soundcheck again but i'm a lazy cunt now so this would be best for me.

It's not necessary waiting outside the arena for the door opening.
Take a tour of the city or do something else.

Its sorta bypassing what mhbs have been doing for years by standing around in the snow and rain waiting to get autographs or invited for soundcheck...I see it lazy and I would be a bit embarresed to have to pay to meet my hereos....its not about money its about devotion to rock n roll...

Trouble is its the way of the world all this meet and greet "celebrity" bollocks. Nothings "real" anymore including probably 'm'head' led by management etc.. Enjoy while we can our time has gone, maybe not to return. Just keep yourself real and maybe just maybe!
