Right-in the 80's i'm sure there was a programme where musicians were interviewed by a presenter called Fiona? lying on top of a bed.
Lemmy was interviewed on this so i've been looking on youtube for it but can't find anything.
Having spoken to Trev about it at Cambridge before the gig he reminded me Paula Yates also did this.
So the question is-can anyone else remember anything about this.Was it in bed with Fiona,or is my memory worse than i thought and i've totally confused it with someone else.

Lemmy was on the tube and did talk to Paula Yates but I do not think Lemmy was on the bed but was interviewed with the crowd.

No it wasn't that mate, I remember that one. I'm pretty sure it was on a bed. It was the interviewers own show,so not the tube, and I think her name was Fiona but I could be wrong with her name.the rest I'm sure is right though.

I think this may have been not on a tv show - do you remember there was a "video magazine" launched as a rival to kerrang/metal hammer? I had a few old vhs copies of this i got at a carboot but think i binned them. there was plenty of semi-nude girls on it and the interview on a bed sounds the kind of thing i used to feature. Ring any bells?

It could have been but I was thinking more of a channel 4 late night chat show.

ECT never did any interviews like that, did it? Interesting one though, but should be possible to work it out cos there was only 4 bloody channels at the time. Try searching channel 4 website maybe

Paula Yates presented the Ch4 early morning prog 'The Big Breakfast' and she did interviews with celebs on the bed. I can remember her interviewing Lemmy back in the day. This would of been about 1994 - 1996 this may jog your memory this was Paula getting fruity with Michael Hutchence.
