Now then, wondering if any of you can help me out with this...
I have a JCM 800 Bass series head (with a 4, 8 or 16ohm selector) and four 8ohm JCM 800 bass series cabs. I was wondering if there was any way of hooking all four of the cabs up to the one head.

Doing the math, even if I set the ohmage on the head to 16, the ohmage on the cabs would have to be 4 (16 divided by 4 = 4) Am i right? There's gotta be a way to do it though, any ideas?
Thanks - Ralph

I've never done that.
Usually you connect a max. of two cabs. Lets assume each one has 16Ohms, you'll end up with a load of 8Ohms from the amps POV.

Having four amps with 8Ohms each, you could connect two in series (which is then 8+8=16Ohms) and then those two daisy chained cabs in parallel again (back to 8Ohms).
I don't see any way to connect all four directly to the amp, though.

Maybe someone there has another idea.
