The 'In The Studio' book has arrived, and so far it's fantastic! I just finished the first chapter about the first album, and the detail in the recording of the album is immense. It discussed the studio mics, mixing desk, locations, the whole lot.

Is that in hardcover? Amazon.com USA has freakin' April 2010 as the release date!

It is indeed in hardcover, and I'd consider an order from Amazon UK to the US (It is possible now!). My order was originally set for November after the book's original launch date, but somehow it was released earlier and my order arrived today. Fantastic book, so much so I'm off to read it more now!
