The Quo message board is hilarious, lots of vitriolic rows on there about the FF being up until 1976 only and when Andy joined they weren't anymore. I'm going to enjoy it for what it is, they wree one of the best live bands you could see, along with MH (still are) and Lizzy in their prime. They've said they're basing set on the Live album so that suits me bloody fine. all i need to do now is shift this ticket

Aren't fans fickle? They moan about Andy Brown joining and it not being the Frantic Four once he did. Is that the same Andy Brown who appears on Blue For You and the aforementioned Live album? Blue For You being an album that provided 2 songs for Live, which is the Live album that gave rise to the Frantic Four reunion in the first place.

Just cause he wasn't a formally recognised member for a few years doesn't mean he wasn't a part of the music. What about Bob Young on harmonica? He apears on Live too, yet that makes the Four actually six if I've done my maths properly.

As you say, enjoy it for what it is.

My favourite was the guy whining that they'd announced Wembley last, so he'd had to waste money buying for Hammersmith and that Wembley was a far better venue...go figure that out!
Bob Young is involved on this reunion so i suspect his harmonica will be used, nice guy is Bob, and writes some crackin tunes.

quo are playing Oz soon i think, albeit not the "classic" line up, worth a watch thoug if they're near you, Rossi n Parfitt will be buzzing from the UK tour i think, and Alan Lancaster resides there now, worth a ticket to see if he turns up Hammer!

superb album, pedro, not a bad track on it, 2013 is a good year for gigs, Quo Rush Maiden and Motorhead, it's like being 30 years ago...!

Of those four, I guess only Maiden could make it down here this year... I wish I could see Rush again sometime.
