What's the point of the FAQ?
The FAQ section is here to help provide un-biased answers to fans (and anyone else's) queries on Lemmy and the rest of the band's views on a given subject. Its intention is to provide, or give links to, quotes and interviews from the various band members (past and present). This should help to dispel any false impressions people have of the band e.g. “I've heard Lemmy likes to collect German world war 2 memorabilia, he must be a Nazi, no?” well, no. Now you can read his views on that and other subjects, to help you draw a realistic conclusion, rather than an assumption.
Why can't I post in these threads?
The threads are locked from members, other than moderators, to avoid them becoming 'messy' and allow ease of reading/sourcing on a given subject. The threads are intended to give the bands views, not the fans or anyone else's. The moderators will not be posting their opinions either.
But I want to make comments on some of the things I have read here!
You can still comment on anything you read in this section of the forum but you will have to do so in a suitable existing thread, or create a new one!
I know a great interview/quote you haven't included!
Great stuff! Send a private message to either myself or one of the other moderators and, if it's suitably relevant to the thread, we will include it. Please try and quote the source of the material you're providing and many thanks in advance.
