I got my copy today, ordered it from Amazon USA.
Delivery was pretty fast, but the package was totally moronic (especially for an overseas shipment). Usually Amazon is good at packaging stuff.
The heavy book was flying around in the box, badly damaging the books corners. This is so annoying

Besides that, Alan created a wonderful book. I think it's a real "must have" for fans!
