i would definitely contact them! A (similar)-ish thing happened to me when i bought a signed book from the states - the artist had only written his first name (Todd) - when i got in touch with the publisher , they paid to have the book returned and sent a fully signed one back out.

as much as everyone likes Mikkey and Phil - Motorhead is a one man band!
