To mark the album’s 20th anniversary, Motörhead are releasing brand-new expanded editions of Kiss Of Death on July 3rd, available as a newly half-speed mastered double LP and expanded 2CD set.
Both formats celebrate one of the most crushing records of the band’s later era, while adding something fans have never heard before: a previously unreleased live recording from the band’s appearance at Lowlands Festival 2007 in the Netherlands.

Alongside the announcement, a brand-new official lyric video for fan favourite God Was Never On Your Side is available now, created by visual collaborator Andy Pilkington.
Originally released in 2006, Kiss Of Death saw Lemmy, Phil Campbell and Mikkey Dee firing on all cylinders. Picking up where Inferno left off, the album delivered another blast of hard, fast, no-bullshit rock ’n’ roll — from the venom of Sucker and Trigger to the dark weight and unforgettable honesty of God Was Never On Your Side.
The album also featured guest appearances from Mike Inez (Alice In Chains) and C.C. DeVille (Poison), adding even more firepower to an already explosive record.
This anniversary edition has been newly half-speed mastered from the original tapes and includes fresh liner notes from Classic Rock’s Dave Ling, reflecting on the album and paying tribute to the late, great Phil Campbell — whose riffs, attitude and unmistakable playing remain stamped all over this era of Motörhead.
The expanded release also includes the band’s 2007 Lowlands Festival set for the very first time on vinyl, capturing Motörhead exactly as they were meant to be heard: live, dangerous and unstoppable.
The 2CD edition additionally features three bonus tracks.
